Nestled on the east edge of Washington, the East Creek Subdivision provides the benefits of living in town with the feel of country. We built our home 20 years ago and raised our family here. The close-knit neighborhood and space to "stretch out" are the things we like most about this area. Every summer we look forward to getting out of doors and "neighboring". We always keep the lawn chairs close by for the impromptu gatherings and highly competitive lawn games. There has always been a nice mix of young families and retirees nearby to round out the adage "It takes a village." So glad we got to live here!
Comprised of 26 homes ranging in price from approximately $230k to $380k and a variety of styles, including ranch, 1 1/2 and 2 story, this area lends itself to neighborly living. East Creek lot sizes range from .25 to .50 acres giving homeowners plenty of "space" to grow their families and enjoy the neighborhood. Originally developed in 1990, most of the homes were built during that decade. East Creek is within an "ear's shot" from the football complex and walking distance to the upper elementary and middle school. Shuttles are available to transport children to the other schools. Shopping and the local hospital are also easily accessible.
