Adam BunceRealtor

I was fortunate enough to be raised in the wonderful community of Grimes, Iowa. Filled with small town values and close access to a metropolitan area Grimes really is the best of both worlds. Small enough to know and care for your neighbors but still only 20 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Jordan Creek.

As a Realtor I feel blessed to be in the position to help someone every day of my life. My career revolves around helping you meet your goals, and I take a very serious, educated approach to achieving this task.

Real estate is an ever changing machine. Technology is constantly altering how Realtors should be handling their business and taking care of their clients. A Realtor that cannot stay at the top of this curve is a Realtor who cannot effectively market your home or make sure you are making the best decision you can in the purchase of a new home. While staying at the top end of technology a Realtor must also remember that this is a business stuck in its ways in many senses, it is a face business. While technology has its perks (that should not be overlooked) real estate is not just conducted over email or found on the internet, especially to “old blood” Realtors. Real estate success happens everywhere, an essential part of this industry is knowing, appreciating, and having relationships with your fellow Realtors. It’s very important to work with a Realtor that understands all aspects of this.

As your Realtor I relentlessly keep up with merging technologies to better serve you while keeping constant relationships with my friends and colleagues in the real estate industry. My day is not complete until I have done everything I can to reach OUR goal.
