This was our first home buying experience and although we had done our share of research, there were many smaller details of buying a home we had not thought of. Kathy was more than happy to walk us through EVERY step of the process. We actually had a trip to Chicago planned when we decided make an offer on our home (terrible timing right?). Our plane landed and as soon as we were in the cab we were signing the electronic docs. she had prepared for us. There we were heading to Wrigley to watch a Cubs game and had just agreed to purchase our first home. Life was great! She is one of the most courteous, professional, and organized people in the business and made our experience a great one.

Kathy handled our purchase of a new home in Ankeny, IA. As we were relocating from Pittsburgh, we were very unfamiliar with Des Moines. She educated us and helped us find the perfect house. To drive home how much we think of Kathy, after just six months in the new house I received a job offer from back in Pittsburgh that has us moving from Ankeny and we did not hesitate or even bother to discuss, we immediately called Kathy and she is handling listing and selling our house. I have complete confidence in Kathy's abilities.

Kathy is professional and understands the market. It doesn't hurt that she is fun and has a contagious laugh. I loved working with her and I will always recommend people to her!
