Suzana was extremely helpful in my home search. She was brutally honest when she needed to be and I learned a lot just from looking at houses with her. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for after a couple of weeks and she was able to save me an awful lot of money through her expertise and her recommendation for who to get to do the inspection.

Suzana made the process of buying my first home easy to understand and an exciting process. She went above and beyond her job description and service area, as I was looking for a house in an area that she normally doesn't deal with. A few times she even said that if she wasn't able to help me, she would get me in touch with another agent but I knew from the beginning though that I wanted to work with Suzana through the entire process.

She was a great communicator - she made all of the appointments with the selling agents and home owners; as well as came prepared with printed documents for me to have after we looked at houses. She also worked in communicating with me - through email and phone calls we were able to move the process forward quickly.

She gives you her honest opinion on each house but does not force it on you if you disagree she accepts that people have different opinions. She really wants to help you find the best fit for you without pushing you into a quick decision like others who just want to get paid. She works around your schedule whenever you are available so is she and she's always in a good mood.

Suzana was an extraordinary advocate for my husband and I. When communication started breaking down between the other parties to our purchase and closing began to be pushed out, she spent tireless hours on the phone to make sure closing happened in a timely manner. She was honest and forthright throughout the process, discussing defects in the property, what was really a good deal, and working to assess with us how much time and effort we wanted to put into a home. She was always easy to contact, which was so important to us as this was our first purchase. Hire Suzana if you want a person who genuinely cares and will be honest and go to bat for you, not someone who is just looking to make a sale.

Suzana is a wonderful agent that I would recommend to anyone. My fiance and I had very specific ideas and needs in mind when we began our search. We were also extremely finicky about price and location.

Suzana showed us dozens and dozens of homes until we found the perfect one. She would step up the showings when we were getting anxious, and appropriately step them down when I got fatigued. She has fabulous intuition. The house that we ended up with was one that I was uninterested in based on the listing, but she brought me to it anyway and it was the perfect for us.

Suzana was a great go-between. She made all of the appointments, I never had to call anyone, which I dislike doing. Suzana communicated well with both me and the selling agents. She was a great negotiator, staying on top of what was going on and applying pressure without making us seem desperate. She's definitely not afraid to go to the mat for her clients, which I love.
