    Rathbone Village is small part of what is more commonly referred to as the 'near south' area of Lincoln. It sits just SW of the intersection of 33rd and South. It runs from South to Plymouth Ave. Sheridan Elementary is just blocks away, as well as several locally owned shops. This area also offers convenient access to Antelope and Memorial park, and to Lincoln's extensive bike trails.

    Most of the properties in this area were built in the 40's and 50's (although some are older), and each house has it's own charm. Prices typically range from $100,000 - $140,000.

    Henry's on South
    One of the best kept secrets of the Sheridan neighborhood is the great dining to be had at Henry's on South. They opened their doors a few years ago and have enjoyed so much success that it can be hard to get a reservation days in advance. The establishment is cozy, with less than ten tables and four seats at the bar. Service is top notch and food is unique, but does not take a connoisseurs palate to be appreciated. My wife and I frequent Henry's as one our date night stops.
