Where do I start!? Alison made our home buying experience extremely pleasant. From the initial viewing to closing on the property, Alison was with us every step of the way. Inna and I are first-time home buyers, and we're a bit nervous as this whole process was foreign to us. Alison set our minds at ease from the first meeting and continued to do so throughout the process. We have since recommended her to several of our friends. We would love for them to have the same 5 star service that we were so lucky to have. Thank you, Alison! You helped make one of our most precious dreams come true!!

We would add one more star if possible! That’s how happy we are with Alison. She’s very knowledgeable, well connected and has years of experience . A combination of skills that served us so well as her client. We met Alison by chance at one of her listings. Prior to our meeting, we had been house hunting for a couple of months. Had made at least five offers on houses we liked. All rejected even though our bids were above asking price. Our experience changed as soon as Alison represented us. She got our contingency offer accepted in a neighborhood we never dreamed we could buy into! Alison is nothing short of amazing. Works extremely hard. She was on a call with us until midnight helping us go through documents. The following day, she was outside our house putting up the “for sale” sign before 8 am! Very responsive. She picks up her calls after one ring! Lol. She’s also very thoughtful. Surprised us with a gift card, cookies and a huge mum plant when we moved into our new home. The gift card was so useful since we had no time to cook as we settled into our new house. She thinks of everything. Having Alison represent us was one of the best decisions we ever made. We think of her often every time we enjoy our new home.

I reached out to Alison when we decided that renting was not in our best interest. I've known her for many years and she is a person with strong character, personality, and she will bend over backwards for you. It was the best decision we ever made to choose her. We didn't know much about buying a house and didn't know where to start and we didn't have too. She pointed us in the direction we needed to go, got us in contact with best and nicest people she knew. Communication was strong. If you didn't know something or had any questions, if she didn't know it, she found the person who did. You always felt like you had a small army of people doing there best to get you a home and even if we failed for whatever reason, I would have chosen the same people and Alison when it was time to try again.

Alison did a great job selling our home and also finding a new one for our family. She is the first call for when we need a realtor and she should be your first call too!! 😀
