I am an attorney tasked with selling a rather beat up home for an estate. Getting top dollar was important to the client for future medical reasons. Alison made some great suggestions on what made sense to spend money on to increase the value of the home. She further had a crew of very good professionals do the work. In a rather a short period of time we were able to sell the home for about $85-$90,000 more than what I thought possible. We also were able to get bids above asking price. Alison was available and helpful throughout the process. You would be in good hands if you engaged her services. This is the second time I have used her services on a messy piece of property/estate sale. Both times she’s exceeded expectations. Disclaimer: she is my daughter-in-law, but I would not provide this review, unless it was true.

Alison was great throughout the whole process. She was able to answer all of our questions and was always available by phone, no matter how many times we had to call. Her knowledge of the local real estate market and entire process was impressive.

Very good at easing sellers stressed out state of mind throughout selling a home. Took care of all needs and keeping us up to date of the whole selling process. Very good at keeping on appraisers and contractors to make sure they complete their end of the job so the house can close as soon as possible.
