Dennis is an Omaha native who graduated from Millard South and began his career of helping buyers and sellers purchase real estate over twenty years ago when he became a mortgage loan originator. After twelve years of dedication and service to his clients, he became a Realtor and joined his wife Lisa, who herself at that time had been a top performing Realtor for over a dozen years.
Along the way, Dennis and Lisa decided to focus on their strengths to best serve their clients. Lisa with her amazing communication and marketing skills along with her assertiveness has become one of the top listing agents in Omaha. Dennis with his background in mortgage lending offers a unique skill set that is extremely beneficial for buyers to help navigate through the various hurdles of buying a home. This approach and through their commitment and service to their clients, Dennis and Lisa have been voted for, and won, Best of Omaha awards in Real Estate for the past seven years.
Dennis and Lisa’s passion for Real Estate and creating a better process for their clients, led them to open RE/MAX Results 2011. For the past eight years, they have built a thriving real estate brokerage and trained and mentored dozens of agents and together have helped thousands of clients buy and sell their homes.
It is not all business though. Dennis enjoys the outdoors. He loves to golf and just about everything that involves water. He mostly enjoys traveling with Lisa and visiting their two sons who live in New Orleans and Seattle. Dennis is passionate about helping others. He is an active supporter of The Hope Center for Kids and the Nebraska Humane Society and proudly donates $100 from every closing to help his community.

    Dennis is an absolute pro. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the home-buying process as a first-time buyer. He was patient in the process and looking out for my best interests as a buyer and long-term owner. His goal clearly wasn't JUST to win - he wanted me to buy on my own terms, and he never pressured me to go beyond what was comfortable for me. The house I ended up with is excellent, and I can truly say that I wouldn't have gotten it without Dennis's insight - I had already rejected the asking price as too high to consider (in an already very competitive bidding market), and he put it back on my radar when he recognized there was an opportunity for an offer more within my budget.My hope is not to have to buy another house for a long, long time. But if and when I do, I want Dennis as my agent.

    My wife and I visited Nebraska for a job interview and met with Dennis to look at some houses just in case. He was very patient and answered our many questions since my wife and I have only lived in Maine. I was offered the job and Dennis got to work right away. Because we were in Maine, he coordinated everything including carpet cleaning and some home repairs. He answered his phone and responded to texts and emails quickly and efficiently. He has been incredible to work with and his experience and knowledge of the job and processes put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to move or sell in Eastern Nebraska.

    Dennis has helped us purchase multiple homes. He is a consummate professional, has great personal skills, and definitely knows how to purchase homes. We recently built a new home. Building is never a quick and easy process, but he helped us manage it incredibly well. He checked in with us oftent throughout the process, offered to participate in all of our selection appointments, and made sure to step in whenever we needed help out guidance. Would recommend him to anyone!

    We would highly recommend Dennis Ritter. He helped us on the purchase of our home when we moved to Omaha. He kept us informed during the whole process.     Dennis was phenomenal at every step of the buying process. We were on a tight timelines to look for a home and from the start, Dennis booked 8 showings in our first day and another 8 the next. At every property he was prepared to tell us if it was over or under priced, along with a detailed breakdown of what the local market looked like. When it came to making our offer, Dennis was a fantastic negotiator with a sharp eye for what the actual value of the home was worth compared to the list price. But above all, he was available and prompt for all stages of the buying process, from scheduling a home inspection to the final closing. I never had a concern or felt pressured, Dennis kept us informed and provided his insight when asked.Highly recommend Dennis Ritter if you're looking for a home in the greater Omaha area.
