    My parents have lived in Forest Run for about eight years. South of Schram Rd is considered county so it has a super low tax levy under 1.9! They are on public water and have private septic systems. Each lot is just over one acre. They're a hop away from Vala's Pumpkin Patch and the new Nebraska Crossing Outlet mall. Gretna is one of the fastest growing cities in Nebraska with fabulous schools and still has that small town feel. Truly a great place to live!
