    That's right, this season has been busy as homeowners have been busy adding value to their homes with several gazebos being built. These are not your old-style gazebos either. These are complete with a Bbq area and a wet bar and wired to sound and TV. These gazebos make the perfect spot for home entertaining and can be used several months out of the year weather permitting. I have noticed an in-ground swimming pool being built on Daina Drive in Cedar Falls and awesome landscaping surrounding the home and pool.

    Fireplace 4th of July
    Things are heating up like a firecracker here in Cedar Falls in the Briarwood Hills Addition,. Many houses like ours are transforming from spring decor to summer time and all its glory. With Sturgis Falls activities, to 4th of July, all the way to the end of summer with Labor day. Looking forward to many grill outs on the deck while enjoying the summer sun.

    What a fun community this one is. It is located just north of Greenhill Road and Rownd Street. The first home came in around 2005. This land was once a soccer field back in the early 1990s. Mr. Deery owned this land and named most of the streets after his children, Jennifer, Deena and Daina. Homes located over here are in the upper $380s to around $500,000.00. There are spacious lots with some covenants. This is where I call home.
