She always made sure I was aware of any red flags, and pointed out great aspects of the homes we saw and gave tips and tricks to make sure my home was taken care off even after closing, which she helped make a super easy process. Char is not your typical real estate professional and we were not just another transaction to her. Char took time to meet with us, understand that we had been mislead by a builder in the past and then took us around to several homes until we were able to find a house/builder that we liked. Char facilitated the process with our builder and made sure that our fears of being mislead again were put to rest. Building a home can be very stressful and because Char took the time to know what we wanted, she made sure nothing was missed! We now have our dream home with everything that we were wanting because of her. Thank you Char!

We heard about Char on Facebook!!! We ended up dropping our first realtor and decided to go with Char. She is very positive, helpful, knowledgeable, and just makes you feel like her only client.
