Hello Everyone! Thought I would take this opportunity to tell you a little more about myself. I am from Carlisle, IA and graduated from Carlisle HS in 1998. I lived there up until Aug 1998 when i began attending Drake University where I graduated in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration on Marketing and an Advertising minor. After that I worked for Wells Fargo in various roles with Home Equity, CORE, and Home Mortgage from processor, workflow coordinator, and project management associate. I became a Realtor at RE/MAX Select and was there up until joining RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts. All together I have been involved in the real estate industry 10 years or my entire post college life. I have a wife, Heather, who works as a Care Coordinator for Wesley Life in Des Moines and 2 sons, Noah who is 13 and River who is 1. I enjoy golfing whenever possible, watching football (GO BEARS), and travel. A lot of my travel is based on attending concerts and seeing friends across the country. I live in the Kingman place neighborhood of Des Moines. Some people like to ask why I became a Realtor and the answer is simply this: The people. I absolutely love sharing in that special moment of buying a home. The joy fills the room and is the true reward of the profession.

    Interested in viewing a listing, but lacking representation - Jason was generous with his time and quickly made my request happen. I was so impressed with his seller representation of that house, that I asked Jason to represent my interests during my search. Not pushy or overbearing, Jason kept me informed of opportunities but let me proceed at my own pace. Once I found a house I was ready to put an offer on, Jason walked through all my options, helped me land on an offer price, and secured the deal in a few hours before anyone else had a chance to walk through the property. I'm very happy with my purchase and Jason's role in the process - I would absolutely recommend Jason and his expertise for your home selling/buying experience.

    Jason was great! He never rushed us to sell or buy, and was always willing to show us all of the houses that we wanted to see, no matter what day or time! He has great professional relationships who help stage your home and take really nice photos of your home to sell. He really understood what we were looking for and helped negotiate our closings professionally and quickly! I highly recommend Jason!

    Selling your house is HARD. It can be physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting. Nothing prepares you for the process. You truly need a realtor who knows the entire process from start to finish. Jason was not only our realtor, but our therapist, financial advisor, legal advisor, personal decorator, marketing manager, AND MORE. He had wonderful referrals (because of the relationships he has built) for us to for a lender that made buying our next home an easy stress-free process, a stager who helped us clean house and photographer who marketed our home beautiful. He was there for us in an INSTANT if we needed anything and was always there to listen to our wants and needs and explain the entire process. Even AFTER selling our house and buying a new house, he is STILL there checking in on us and making sure we are happy with our new house. He advocates for our neighborhood and truly understands the needs of his clients. Though selling your house can be VERY exhausting, Jason makes the process MUCH easier on your mind and wallet!

    I'm so thankful that Jason was our realtor! My husband and I used him to purchase our first home and he made the process painless. He was very informative and definitely helped guide us through the process. He even went as far as to take time off from his holiday to show us three homes last minute! Had he not done that I wouldn't be sitting in our new house as I speak!

    Working with family can be difficult at times. However, Jason (or my brother) couldn't have been more professional when my husband and I were ready to look at houses. Jason and I have very different housing preferences but I never felt that he was pushing us one way or another.. My husband and I were just "looking" at a house when we determined it was one we didn't want to let go. In less than 24 hours we had a deal in place! Multiple questions were asked (day and night) and he was always quick to respond. Jason was the listing agent on my old place and sold in LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!!
    I couldn't recommend Jason more, not only as an awesome brother but as an amazing realtor!!!

    Jason was great to work with as a first-time homebuyers! He was always available to answer our questions and requests to see properties–and we saw quite a few over several months.     Jason helped my wife and I both sell our home and buy a new home and we could not be happier with him. He was always there for us even on weekends, late nights, and when he was out of town. My last experience with a realtor was a personal friend and I was worried about getting a new stranger to help me with buying and selling a home but Jason did nothing but treat me with the respect and kindness that I would expect from a friend.
