Julie was so helpful and patient with us throughout the entire home buying process. She carefully looked for flaws in the homes so we wouldn’t buy something that wasn’t good for us. She walked us through each step. Very professional but also super approachable. She was very knowledgeable about home design and if there was something she didn’t immediately know the answer to, she would hunt down the answer and get back to us ASAP. Not only that but she eventually found us a home, she was able to knock more than 10k off the asking price and negotiated so many repairs after the inspection phase. We really felt she used her tenacity and perseverance to get us the best possible deal. We were very lucky that that Julie walked into our lives with a business card in hand!
