Kathy Swanson is the best realtor around. She listened to what I wanted and did not push me into anything else. She is fabulous at follow up and when I did not know where to go or who to contact, she or her assistant would find the answers for me. She was with me every step of the way. Fantastic! Kathy is super responsive, sometimes sending messages at 9pm on one of my random questions. I was really impressed with her market research when buying and selling a house through her. Beyond that, I remember her pointing out other aspects that I wouldn't have thought of when purchasing (roof age, HVAC condition, electrical box condition and much more). She also throws an awesome annual party for her clients.

First time homebuyer here. Kathy is the second realtor I've worked with and she is such a breath of fresh air. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, positive, and just an overall pleasant ball of energy. I truly felt like I was in the most capable hands. There were times buyer fatigue set in but she didn't let me settle, and she kept me encouraged and accountable to stay on track to find my dream home...which I did! I cannot recommend Kathy enough. 10/10

Kathy is hands down the most professional, down to earth, hard working person you’ll ever meet. If you need a real estate agent to represent you good luck finding anyone better than her. She knows the business, she’s not pushy but she’ll give you expert advice, she’s kind, and responsive, she is available, and she’ll get your deal done if you’re selling or buying. Kathy helped us buy two homes and sell two homes and we wouldn’t have anyone else do the job for us. She’s just simply the best.
