She provided us with resources and information for our inspections, insurance etc. We had great feedback on houses as well as she was very flexible with our schedules to find out first home!

She got me right into the home as soon as I requested to view it, and she was honest about the great (and not so great) aspects of the property. Kathy is AMAZING!! She spent over a year helping me get my house ready to move. Answered every emergency question immediately. I found a house to buy that wasn’t on the market and they refused to sell with a realtor involved. I was extremely uncomfortable moving forward without her but this was the exact perfect house for us. She was able to work some magic and helped the sellers understand why I needed Kathy on my side. She is the best!!! I would have been completely lost without her.
