Michelle did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house in the Des Moines Metro area. Her knowledge and expertise in the market in the area is top-notch, and it was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Michelle was involved in all aspects, from showing to finalizing the purchase. She did a great job during pre- and post-inspection. She was very responsive. She even kept the keys of the house for me because I was not in town after closing. She took it upon herself to come regulate the temperature while i was gone for military training for 1 month.
