Paul was a great to work with. He is easy to talk to and really knows his stuff. He got me way more for my condo than I thought anybody could. He was always available to answer questions and had great advice about how to make my condo shine for showing. The photographs he arranged were so beautiful! I'm sure they were very instrumental in getting such a good price for my home.

When it came to selling my house, Paul made sure that I didn't have to worry about a thing. From packers and movers to painting and staging, Paul had a guy (or a gal) to do it all. When issues with the house came up, help was just a phone call away and were resolved the next day. Paul kept me informed along the way and negotiated the sale quickly. First I have to say, THANKS SO MUCH PAUL! After exploring house buying with a couple of other realtors, I was recommended to Paul by a colleague. Paul recommended that I reach out to Chad Harris for lending services to put a mortgage package together. After obtaining a pre-approval from Chad, Paul and I began to look at houses. I don't have a vehicle at the moment, so Paul would pick me up from my home or work to go visit perspective properties. I couldn't have been happier for this level of service. This process lasted what seemed to be an eternity and I was actually giving up hope on finding my perfect house, until one day he called me and said that he had found it for me! Paul's real estate knowledge and connections made the process on the buying end a pleasure. Paul is a knowledgeable realtor with a lot of years of experience. He is good at knowing what red flags to watch for when looking for a house. When we bought he was quick to put together a contract but also did not let our excitement get in the way so we did not overpay for our property. Well, I'll start with "Thanks Paul!" Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. Full of excellent suggestions during the home sale process. When problems arose, he was quick to respond with recommended industry professionals for repairs. He also provided an extremely smooth house closing even while I was 4 states away! I would strongly recommend Paul for your house sale!

Paul had to deal with several challenges regarding this sale and handled them with patience and kindness. We needed to find a property near Drake University, purchase and close before classes started (about six weeks). Property was purchased for my grandchild and a roommate, students at Drake. In two days we toured 8 or 9 homes, made an offer on the home we liked and returned home (3 hours away). Seller presented a counter-offer which was accepted. Paul arranged for a home inspection and based on the findings re-negotiated the offer. He obtained bids for the needed repairs. Through all this he kept us well informed and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. We closed and got them moved in prior to start of class.He has been in touch since closing and offered assistance with any future needs. I will certainly reach out to him when it's time to sell!
