She knows Dubuque really well, can offer great insight into the value of a property and isn't afraid to do what she needs to do for her clients. Paula not only help sell our previous house but worked with us for over 13 months finding our new house. We were very specific in what we were looking for and went through several houses over the 13 months. Paula was great to work with at every stage of the process and was very knowledgeable. Her commitment to us never changed even after a years worth of showings. She always sent us listings as soon as they posted, which is what allowed us to find the house we wanted. We purchased it the first day on the market before anyone else had a chance to go through. She always answered our calls and any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Paula to others and look forward to working with her again in the future.

I am truly disappointed. I contacted this agent and spoke on the phone about needs and expectations of a new home for my family. We had a great conversation. I asked for comps for a few houses, she never delivered. She showed us a home but had no real input to deliver. Since the showing, she has not attempted contacted once. I found myself a better realtor that follows through and delivers. That is what my family needed that Ms. Bodish could not provide. I do like that she is polite on the phone and has licensing in IA, WI, and IL.
