I have been in many of these upscale condos either as the buyer's Realtor, the listing Realtor, or visiting my friends. I have at least six friends who live in these condos. And, they are all so glad they live in this community. When I walk down the street and meet a walker or someone working on plants they always tell me how glad they are that they bought into this area.

As a little side note, we take my nine year old granddaughter and our three year old grandson there on Halloween each year. The residents are so friendly with the children. Some of them even get in disguise and sit out on their porch handing out treats.
