    Great experience selling our condo. Laura gave us very important suggestions for remodeling the condo and walked us through the process of pre-inspection, and helped us all along the way in making necessary repairs to the condo to get it ready for sale and ready to close. She provided recommendations for contractors, electricians and plumbers as well as helped us schedule all necessary repairs. We were able to get the condo under contract within one day with an offer above asking. It was a great experience! Highly recommend Laura and her team to all everyone out there needs a responsible and reliable agent.

    This was my third transaction with Laura and each one has been seamless. She knows how to communicate with both clients and agents, and she is able to adjust on the fly to anything that comes up. She knew what was important to me and what I was looking for and always made that the center of our process. I have bought and sold with Laura and she brings the same effort and execution to each side of the transaction, which is not something I can say for every agent. I can't recommend her highly enough for a smooth process that will help you find the perfect home for you!

    This was the second time my wife and I have worked with Laura. She helped us buy a home in 2020, and recently helped us sell that same home in Iowa City. We have been very happy with her work and knowledge as a realtor. She got us a very good deal and made closing very easy. She is always attentive to the details and needs with purchasing and selling. Her communication is great and she is always looking out for your best interests. We wish we could have brought her down to Kansas City to help us purchase our new home!!! If we are ever back in Iowa in the future we will definitely be contacting her. Don’t hesitate to contact her if you are looking at home purchase/sale. She is fantastic!

    Laura has always been amazing! When I purchased my condo, she was recommended to me and made the process very smooth. When I decided to sell my condo, there was no other person I would want helping me. Selling was a different process and I didn’t know what to expect. Laura and her team, again, made the process very smooth. She was very attentive & knowledgeable which took the stress of selling off of me. I couldn’t recommend her and her team enough!

    I've known Laura for some years and she helped me in previous real estate transactions. Recently she helped me sell a condo in Iowa. The whole process was fantastic as Laura handled everything! I currently live out of state and Laura went above and beyond to help me downsize furniture, sell and donate many items. Laura is fantastic to work with, responsive, helpful, and has tremendous local knowledge that got everything accomplished without any problems. I would definitely work with Laura again.

    Laura was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable during the entirety of the selling process. Not only was she able to answer questions succinctly and quickly, she stayed available to help with all sorts of things through the entire process of getting our home ready to sell, marketing the house, negotiating the contract, and all of the moving snafus that are inevitable with a long-distance move. I cannot recommend her enough!

She was able to address last minute issues prior to closing and made sure the deal went through.
