I have lived in the Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty area my whole life. I've had the privilege of seeing the community develop over time, and I'm very familiar with everything the area has to offer. I attended Regina High School and went on to pursue my career as a Realtor. I have worked at REMAX Affiliates since September 2017 and became licensed at the beginning of 2018. In 2021, I joined The Laura Soride Team and now work alongside Laura Soride, Chuck Bogh and Koko Tian where we have a combined 49 years of experience. While I am well versed in both the buying and selling of real estate, I find that I enjoy working with first time home buyers the most, guiding them through the process and answering any questions they may have. I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), e-PRO Certified Agent, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Certified Full Service Professional (CFSP), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

    Evan is super awesome! I was a first-time homebuyer and didn't really know anything about the homebuying process, but Evan was very patient and helpful throughout. There were a lot of roadblocks along the way and it was for sure a frustrating process, but he was very transparent and straightforward about any progress and setbacks, which I greatly appreciated. He was always very prompt in communication with me and anyone else involved, and I was not left waiting for answers to any questions I had or steps that needed completed. He truly does make a huge effort to help you get the home you want, and I am very happy I got to close on mine. I highly recommend you work with Evan if you are looking to buy a home!

    Evan was incredible! As a first time home buyer and seller, he made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. He was very patient and answered all of our questions right away - his responsiveness is unmatched. He really makes you feel like a top priority. We never felt pressured or like he was taking advantage of us in the slightest. He also helped sell our house in under 48 hours! To top everything else off, Evan was great with our 2 year old daughter. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy and/or sell!

    We started looking for a home on a Sunday and requested a tour on the Zillow website for the following week. Within 1/2 an hour, Evan texted us on a Sunday to respond and start scheduling showings. He was extremely prompt with his responses, worked hard to get us showings the same day we were in North Liberty, and we found a home the same day. I would highly recommend Evan!

    Evan was superb to work with during our search for a condo in Iowa City. He was knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful throughout the process. He was flexible with our schedule allowing for both virtual and onsite viewing of the condo. He provided all documentation in a timely manner and allowed enough time for signed paperwork to be returned. Since we aren't from the area, he provided lists of inspection, appraisal, title work and other vendors needed to complete our purchase. He was thorough and wonderful to work with from start to finish of our purchase.
