I'm a full time Realtor with two licensed team members and the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Affiliates in Coralville, IA. I list and sell real estate in the Iowa City, IA and Cedar Rapids, IA area markets. I have been in the business since 2005 and have obtained the following designations: MRP-Military Relocation Professional, ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, e-PRO-Technology Professional, SFR-Short Sale & Foreclosure Certification, AHWD – At Home with Diversity, CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert and lastly, CSP - Certified New Home Sales Professional. I'm a multiple RE/MAX Platinum award winner and have been affiliated with RE/MAX since 2007. I have been the #1 ranked agent at RE/MAX Affiliates since 2011.
I graduated from the University of Iowa with a major in International Studies, minor in Asian Languages and Literature – Japanese Language, and a Certificate in International Business. I spent my last semester of college studying in Nagoya, Japan. Also, I have an Associates Degree from Scott Community College in Bettendorf, Iowa where I studied Spanish.
I have been voted by my peers on three different occasions and received The Gold Star Award. This award is in Appreciation for Outstanding Professional Cooperation when working with fellow realtors. I have received this award in 2011, 2015 & 2016.
In 2016, I received The President's Merit Award for Leadership in our local board of realtors.
In 2016, I also received a Testimonial of Appreciation for service to our MLS board and for serving 2 years on the MLS Committee in addition to serving on the board of realtors.
