I graduated from the University of Iowa with a major in International Studies, minor in Asian Languages and Literature – Japanese Language, and a Certificate in International Business. I spent my last semester of college studying in Nagoya, Japan. Also, I have an Associates Degree from Scott Community College in Bettendorf, Iowa where I studied Spanish.
I have been voted by my peers on three different occasions and received The Gold Star Award. This award is in Appreciation for Outstanding Professional Cooperation when working with fellow realtors. I have received this award in 2011, 2015 & 2016.
In 2016, I received The President's Merit Award for Leadership in our local board of realtors.
In 2016, I also received a Testimonial of Appreciation for service to our MLS board and for serving 2 years on the MLS Committee in addition to serving on the board of realtors.

    Professional, attentive, good communicator and a joy to work with. Laura sold my father's house, whereas I reside half way across the country. House was sold as-is, which can be tricky. Laura knew what had to be done to prepare house for sale. She brought in multiple offers, well above asking price.

    Laura was a pleasure to work with to sell the house of an estate. I live out of state and was worried about the complexity of selling a house as part of an estate. She knew the market, the process and was efficient. She helped me prep the house arranging services to get the house ready.     Chuck and Laura were a pleasure to work with. We were grateful for their expertise and deep experience with the local market, including their knowledge of different builders and common brands/makes of appliances. We were moving from out of town, and after another realtor delayed us for over a month, Chuck stepped in and arranged multiple home tours for us the very next week. He worked tirelessly to provide detailed information about each house, neighborhood, and community.Once our offer was accepted, Chuck and his team went above and beyond to make the process smooth. They attended the radon testing and inspection on our behalf so we did not have to make multiple trips. The final walkthrough and closing were effortless.Where Chuck truly exceeded expectations was in helping us settle into the community. He gave us excellent recommendations for blinds, fencing, and other home services, as well as personal referrals for a hair salon, veterinarian, mechanic, and more. His guidance made it easy for us to get a great start in our new home.

    I worked with Laura to buy my first condo, and I’m really glad I did. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Laura made everything so much easier. She walked me through the whole process step by step and always gave helpful advice without ever making me feel pressured.She was super flexible and would even set up showings the same day I asked. She always worked around my work schedule, doing evening or weekend showings when needed. She also really seemed to know the area well, which made me feel confident about the places we were looking at.On top of that, she’s a genuinely nice and easy person to talk to, which made a stressful process feel way more manageable.
