Real Estate has been in my blood since I was 5 years old. My parents started their own property rental business and the whole family pitched in to paint and remodel the properties. I received my Real Estate license while attending college at Iowa State University and have never gone back. 2018 is my 16th year of selling real estate full time. In 2014, I was #17 in the State of Iowa on Real Trend's "Best Agents in Iowa" list, with over 90 closings in that year. I am the area listing agent for Fannie Mae, VA, HUD, US Bank, and many others. I have helped numerous investors purchase properties and re-sell for profits. I specialize in First Time buyers and helping walk those buyers through the entire process from financing pre approval to closing. I have 2 full time staff members in my office who assist me in my daily duties to help keep me in the field to work directly with buyers and sellers.
I am currently the Central Iowa Board of Realtor's Vice President, a member of the Board for Boone County's Central Iowa Expo site (Farm Progress Show), member of the City of Boone's Board of Adjustment committee, Boone Noon Kiwinian, and a full blooded Iowa State Cyclone.
