When I was ready to purchase my first home with my wife I was recommended to Becca for our realtor. She has been really fun to work with and made first time homebuying a great experience. Becca was straightforward with what we should expect and had good intuition on the houses we looked at. She was awesome at working around my schedule to see several houses and to help us out in our search. Becca had great recommendations for a mortgage advisor as well as a home inspector. Knowing the housing market has been crazy the past couple of years, when a house popped up on the market that fit our requests, we called her up within an hour of it being posted and she was just about to call us about it! She was able to meet us the very next day to check it out and put in an offer. We closed on that house today and are super excited to own our first home! Thanks Becca!

Calling Becca was hands-down the best decision we made! We had been trying to sell two rental properties for six months FSBO. We called Becca, she came and looked at the property on a Friday, found a buyer and we had both properties sold by Wednesday! She was kind, thorough, communicated every step in the sales, helped to incorporate our FSBO efforts, and just took care of us through the whole process. We absolutely recommend her 150%!

I think a lot of people use their friends that are realtors but this is a huge commitment and too important to gamble on quality. Luckily I have a friend that I trust 100%. I've used her to buy and sell and wouldn't even think about calling someone else. I'm high maintenance and so she's perfect for me!
