Hi, my name is Sarah DeBoer and I have been a real estate agent now for 3 years. I am originally from Remsen, IA and currently live in Le Mars, IA with my fiance where my main focus of buying and selling and office is located. Between my fiance and I we have a combined 7 children and have only one left in high school. My fiance is a contractor that builds beautiful homes in Le Mars and has been doing so for 20+ years and is also maintaining plenty of apartment building rentals to keep him busy. Between the both of us we know alot about needing space for children, great neighborhoods and schools. My hobbies include baking, cleaning, movie buff, dinners with family when we can get together and spending time with friends on our boat in the summer at the great lake Okoboji! Okoboji is also another area that I am familiar with and know so many people in my community that have vacation homes there. My love for real estate is nothing short but the best career change I have ever made! Making people's dreams come true by finding them their perfect home is best feeling and same goes for selling their home. My favorite part of my job is calling my client and saying, "Congratulations, you just bought/sold your home!" There is no better feeling than that! And during the process of buying or selling, I want to make sure that you are always in the loop and understand what each step means and answer every question you may have.
