Torye went above and beyond my expectations. She has a hard time hearing the words "We can't do that" or "That's impossible." Multiple times we had to deal with beaurocracy (including title issues and being out of country). She found solutions to ensure things could get done (to include threatening comapnies we'll go with a more competant company who can make things happen). Torye found ways to allow me to be able to close on my house, even if I was going to be on vacation during closing and the mortgage and title companies stated it had to be done in person. I very much appreciate how Torye came through and kept the communication open before, during and even after closing. I recommend Torye and her work ethic (even late at night) was helpful in a successful sale!
