    2012 vs 2013 Market Report
    Thought I would share a few notes about homes sales in 2013 for Millard Park South. These numbers are for detached home sells, not the townhomes on 162nd St. Sixteen homes sold in 2013 compared to the 28 in 2012. In 2012, eight of the sells were new construction and in 2013 only one was new construction. Now for the good news! The average market time for a home in MPS in 2013 was down over 50% to only 25 days compared to 2012's average of 60 days on the market. The average sell price for 2013 was $228,556 up 3% from 2012.

    Millard Park South is located In the northeast corner of 168th and Giles, east to 156th, and north to Timberline Drive on the south side of the Millard Public School District. A great move up neighborhood with single family homes ranging from about $175,000 to the upper $200,000's as well as duplexes in the $130,000- $150,000's. I've sold homes in here for singles, young couples, growing families, and retirees. The location is really easy access to I-80 from Giles over to 144th/Hwy. 50 or take 168th south to Hwy. 370 to get downtown or to Lincoln.
