  • Springhill Park is one of my favorite places where my kids love to play! For years, we've been enjoying the friendly neighborhood and convenience close to home. This subdivision was established around 2002 and my early memories here started as I was one of the new home specialists for the builder HearthStone Homes specializing in this area.

    This neighborhood ranges from 130K-170k and is just minutes to respected Millard Schools, Chalco Rec area, Fareway Grocery Store and I-80!
