Chris has lived in the Ames area since 2008 working predominantly in the personal and commercial insurance space before following his passion for real estate and joining RE/MAX Real Estate Center. As someone who moved around often during childhood, he loves to help families find their home and unsurpassed quality of life in the Ames area.
He and his wife Lauren, sons Landry and Carter, and three dogs live on the north side of Ames. Chris is an active member of the Ames Chamber of Commerce and Board Member at the Boys and Girls Club of Story County.
When Chris isn't showing houses, you can find him with Landry at a festival, on the golf course, fishing, or fixing something around the house (or a client's). There's never a dull moment with the Betts'.
Chris and Lauren are both proud graduates of Florida Gulf Coast University and avid Cyclone fans.
