When I was ready to purchase my first home with my wife I was recommended to Becca for our realtor. She has been really fun to work with and made first time homebuying a great experience. Becca was straightforward with what we should expect and had good intuition on the houses we looked at. She was awesome at working around my schedule to see several houses and to help us out in our search. Becca had great recommendations for a mortgage advisor as well as a home inspector. Knowing the housing market has been crazy the past couple of years, when a house popped up on the market that fit our requests, we called her up within an hour of it being posted and she was just about to call us about it! She was able to meet us the very next day to check it out and put in an offer. We closed on that house today and are super excited to own our first home! Thanks Becca!

Calling Becca was hands-down the best decision we made! We had been trying to sell two rental properties for six months FSBO. We called Becca, she came and looked at the property on a Friday, found a buyer and we had both properties sold by Wednesday! She was kind, thorough, communicated every step in the sales, helped to incorporate our FSBO efforts, and just took care of us through the whole process. We absolutely recommend her 150%!

I think a lot of people use their friends that are realtors but this is a huge commitment and too important to gamble on quality. Luckily I have a friend that I trust 100%. I've used her to buy and sell and wouldn't even think about calling someone else. I'm high maintenance and so she's perfect for me!

Becca helped us sell and purchase our homes 7 years ago and we loved her so much that we asked her to help us with our most recent transaction. Our home sold in 4 days, in a typically slow time of year and she was amazing. Her knowledge and expertise, paired with her amazing personality is unmatched. Becca is beyond amazing at what she does! For starters, she actually listens to what you want. She doesn't waste your time trying to show you and sell you homes that don't fit the description of what you are looking for... which is a huge deal! Another great thing about Becca is how on top of it she is! Day or night, 24-7, weekends, and holidays, if you need her, she is a text or call away! She found my big family a perfect forever home! She knew of a family looking to sell their home to a big, young family from a few years ago and personally reached out to them to see if that was something they were still interested in doing! Luckily for us they were! So all seriousness aside, she got a family to move out of there home of many decades so we could have our perfect, forever home! Becca is a sweet, smiling face who just wants to help you find your perfect home. She is very knowledgable, and if she doesn't know the answer, she finds it for you. It is not an easy time to be alive or be in the real estate market, but she did it. She made it easy and WAY less stressful then it couldv'e been. As our kids grow up, making height marks on the wall over the next 18 years, we will forever be grateful to her and what she did for us.

We have worked with Becca twice now. Once when we bought the house and once when we sold it. We absolutely love working with her. If we were staying in the area we would use her again. She is an amazing realtor. She is always there to answer any questions and help the process. The knows the area so well and has many connections to make things go smoothly. She really cares about her clients. We have known her for a couple of years now and she stays in touch. I really can't say enough good stuff about her. She is always punctual. She knows what sells and how to negotiate. She is very up-front on what places are worth and I appreciate that. I now have worked with other realtors and there is no comparison. She is the best!

My wife and I worked with Becca when buying our first home three years back and she helped us sell that house and buy the next one this August. She has been great to work with on both occasions. Not everybody sells and buys houses on a daily basis so some of the documents and inspection processes can seem overwhelming. She is really good at explaining all the documents and what they mean.
