I'm Working to Get you HOME! My background has always been tied to real estate in some way. Working almost 30 years at a financial services company and seeing real estate on a corporate level gives me a leg up on fellow agents. My passion is working with clients on a more personal level and guiding them through and meeting their real estate needs. My attention to detail keeps everyone on track through the sale or purchase process.
I’m also involved in the Homes for Heroes program, which says thank you to our military, teachers, fire, and emergency and medical professionals.     Kim was a rockstar helping me sell my mom’s home! Good with communication and helping me with all the documents and proces- even providing links to services to help me purge some of the clutter. And when there was a major water issue at the house, she helped me line up water mitigation and repair work- all while I was 250 miles away. Talk about going above and beyond! She even offered up help put those finishing touches on the home which helped it sell in less than a day. Definitely recommend!
