Her knowledge and expertise in the market in the area is top-notch, and it was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Michelle was involved in all aspects, from showing to finalizing the purchase. She did a great job during pre- and post-inspection. She was very responsive. She even kept the keys of the house for me because I was not in town after closing. She took it upon herself to come regulate the temperature while i was gone for military training for 1 month.
