Great experience selling our condo. Laura gave us very important suggestions for remodeling the condo and walked us through the process of pre-inspection, and helped us all along the way in making necessary repairs to the condo to get it ready for sale and ready to close. She provided recommendations for contractors, electricians and plumbers as well as helped us schedule all necessary repairs. We were able to get the condo under contract within one day with an offer above asking. It was a great experience!
