    Professional, attentive, good communicator and a joy to work with. Laura sold my father's house, whereas I reside half way across the country. House was sold as-is, which can be tricky. Laura knew what had to be done to prepare house for sale. She brought in multiple offers, well above asking price.

We were moving from out of town, and after another realtor delayed us for over a month, Chuck stepped in and arranged multiple home tours for us the very next week. He worked tirelessly to provide detailed information about each house, neighborhood, and community.Once our offer was accepted, Chuck and his team went above and beyond to make the process smooth. They attended the radon testing and inspection on our behalf so we did not have to make multiple trips. The final walkthrough and closing were effortless.Where Chuck truly exceeded expectations was in helping us settle into the community. He gave us excellent recommendations for blinds, fencing, and other home services, as well as personal referrals for a hair salon, veterinarian, mechanic, and more. His guidance made it easy for us to get a great start in our new home.

    I worked with Laura to buy my first condo, and I’m really glad I did. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Laura made everything so much easier. She walked me through the whole process step by step and always gave helpful advice without ever making me feel pressured.She was super flexible and would even set up showings the same day I asked. She always worked around my work schedule, doing evening or weekend showings when needed. She also really seemed to know the area well, which made me feel confident about the places we were looking at.On top of that, she’s a genuinely nice and easy person to talk to, which made a stressful process feel way more manageable.
