They offered the best transparent advice for us as first time home buyers, and we ended up getting exactly what we needed for our budget. They are truly amazing people to work with!!

They really took into consideration what we were looking for in a home, and together we found the house that checked all of our boxes! When it came to selling our current home, they were incredible in helping us prepare the home to sell by answering all of our questions, ironing out all of the details, and hosting an open house right away. Mike and Polly were wonderful to work with. We had met with one realtor before and had others planned, but after meeting with Mike and Polly, we knew they were the ‘tag team’ we needed. They worked very hard to help us find the perfect home. We were also first-time home buyers and were learning as we went. No question was a bad question, and they were happy to answer all questions. As we sat down to dinner, we reviewed houses on the market and then texted Mike. We went and saw that listing right after we finished dinner. It turns out that was the house we ended up purchasing. Mike and Polly were very frustrating to work with. They tell a very good story but what really happens is nothing. We lived out of State and couldn't even get a dedicated Saturday or Sunday to look at houses. It was a partial day here or there due to their "busy" schedule. Well if you couldn't give us 100%; maybe you should not have taken us on. We have now bought what seems to be a money-pit.
