I have lived in this area and absolutely love it. The 40th and A Neighborhood spans from the north at Randolph Street, down south to Normal Blvd, east from 33rd Street over to 40th Street. The neighborhood is essentially right in the heart of Lincoln. This makes for an easy commute anywhere in the city. It is a diverse area with a range of home types from beautiful classics built in the 40s and 50s to apartments, duplexes, and more. This area is home to some great public and parochial schools. Just outside of the neighborhood are amazing amenities such as Woods Park, Jim Ager Golf Course, and the Lincoln Children's Zoo. Many homeowners in the area have been living in this beautiful neighborhood for decades and love it. It is really a special place to live.
