Bishop Heights is an area that used to belong to the Catholic Church and was developed into lots for homes in 1958. The lots are large and filled with mature trees. The streets were named after five Bishops of the Lincoln Diocese from 1887 to 1957. The streets all curve into one another and spill out onto 27th Street. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of homes ranging in value from $550,000 down to $175,000. None of the homes is like its neighbor and the pride of ownership is seen everywhere.
