Deer Creek is my favorite subdivision in the whole Omaha area. The reason why I love it so much is the abundance of green space (no pun intended). Deer Creek is home to The Players Club private 27-hole golf course, which Arnold Palmer helped design. Most of the homes here back to the golf course.

My husband Dave and I have lived in Deer Creek since 2004. We love the convenience of being close to I-680, and it is less than thirty minutes to almost everywhere. We especially like the short drive to the airport and downtown. It is quiet and peaceful here, and a great place to walk, bike, or run. The residents are friendly and will wave or stop to talk with you. About half of the residents are members of The Players Club, and half just enjoy looking at the course instead of playing on it.

Deer Creek Subdivision is located between 114 and 131st Streets and Military and Morman Streets in Omaha, Nebraska. The subdivision is mixed into The Player's Club at Deer Creek 27 hole championship 7088 yard golf course and club designed by Arnold Palmer. Neighborhood public schools include: Prairie Wind Elementary, Morton Middle School and Northwest High School. The mix of beautiful ranch, 1 ½ story and 2 story luxury homes range from 1500 to 5300 finished square feet. Live in this great neighborhood for $210,000 to $875,000.

Nearly every time I drive through Deer Creek, there are people out playing golf or enjoying the beautiful landscaping on walking and biking trails. There are terrific views of The Players Club - an Arnold Palmer golf course - and it is Omaha's only private 27-hole course.
