She is contact person on a rental property. She was responsive at 1st, then I filled out and returned application for rental, no response, I've tried several times to contact her, She just ignores me. I can accept if I don't qualify, but I would expect to be turned down, not ignored. Very unprofessional. Did not run credit check or contact any references, no processing of my application. This was a month ago.

We used Susmita's services to help us buy a home in Bettendorf about 5 years ago. We were pleased with her as an agent at that point. When it came time to sell our home, we called her right away expecting positive help again. We were very disappointed. We were in a hurry to sell and she took advantage of us. She said that she know about a family that might want to buy our house. She worked closely with them to get them as good of a deal as possible while not being interested in helping us get a fair price. This all happened after we signed our agreement with her. In the end, we agreed on a price but the troubles continued. First, the inspection found a few common issues wrong with the house but they were all things that were wrong with the house when we bought it with Susmita's help 5 years ago. Susmita insisted that these things be fixed and that we pay for them. Basically she went to bat for her friends that were buying the house knowing that we were in a pinch and needing to sell. She asked us to paint two rooms, but then after we painted those, we suddenly needed to paint more. You might wonder why we didn't just put our foot down and say no, right? We tried to do this. She then said, 'Well, I met my end of the bargain for finding you a buyer and you are not upholding your end of the deal. Therefore if you decide to not go through with what we are asking, you will owe me my full commission.'. I couldn't believe how unprofessional she acted and how poorly she treated us. I would keep your distance from Susmita and avoid doing business with her at all cost.

We are a military family. Susmita and her assistant Chuck first helped us rent and then sell our home. They understood our needs and went the extra mile to make everything happen. She is very professional and knowledgable.

If you are not working with Susmita you are selling yourself short! My husband and I meet Susmitha while searching the area for rental properties, when we were preparing for our transition from Colorado to Rock Island due to our new military assignment at the arsenal. We only had a limit amount of time (i.e. the weekend) to try and find something suitable to rent or to purchase. Time wasn't on our side, but I'm so thankful Susmita was. She is responsive, knows the market, selfless, and professional! She even shifted her family obligations to make sure we had what we needed. I have never seen an Agent so dedicated. She made us feel as were the number one priority! Even when she could not be available, her associate Chuck was there. This is customer satisfaction to the utmost, I've never experienced anything like it before, and I've purchased 2 homes previously. They are a POWER team that's easy to work with and they deliver results. After finally finding a home, Susmita also made sure we got the best price, and she remained fully engaged until we move in, making sure we had all we needed. I'm so glad that I was able to work with her as it was an OUTSTANDING experience to set the tone for my transition into the area!
