His extensive background in new home construction supply sales and design before moving into real estate have made him intimately familiar with the neighborhoods and building practices in the area.     Chuck was excellent to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I was not entirely sure what to expect, but Chuck guided me through the process with ease. He gave me great information on who to contact at local banks to discuss loan options. He gave me a good idea of where to start looking for properties based on my price range.     Chuck helped me buy my home - he knew it was "me," and he was right. After nearly 19 years I was ready to sell my home and I went back to Chuck. He was great! I had some concerns - I wanted to keep it affordable and was rather attached to the original, old kitchen cupboards. He was so careful with my feelings about the house. It has been really hard to let go of it and he helped me be so much more comfortable with the whole process. He asked me about my feelings as we moved through the process - he made sure I was comfortable during the process. I would highly recommend Chuck!

He was able to answer all my questions about the property I purchased. This included even questions that were related to setup of utilities and other desired services. Chuck is 5 STAR all the way.
